Day 9 Cape Girardeau, MO to Burfordville, MO 23 miles

Since the bike stores were closed yesterday for Memorial Day, we went today to a good bike store in Cape Girardeau. They changed seats for Jacob and for me, and also exchanged my stem to raise up the handlebars, which allowed me to sit more upright with less shoulder strain. After this work, which took several hours, we rode to Gordonville where we had a great lunch and where Angie, having driven all morning from Bardstown, joined us, which made for a very happy reunion. After lunch we rode on to a RV camping site in Burfordville, which camped for the night.
