Today was a very eventful day for Jake in many ways. We finally left the Ozarks and big hills for the flatter land. We even had a little tailwind near the end. It was especially eventful for Jake because we crossed the border into Kansas. And, it was eventful, because we had our longest day to date – 72 miles. Jake was thrilled as he sped along. At times we were traveling at 17 miles an hour.
