Day 14 Houston, MO the sabbath

A day of much needed rest. We are staying the day in Houston, Missouri. Kind church members picked us up at the motel and brought us to church and then fed us afterwards, with friends of theirs. The church meetings were great and very uplifting.

The Adventure Cycling tour group also came to our motel this afternoon from Eminence, having laid-over yesterday there. Another smaller group of four cyclist also came. So we are 20 cyclists at this motel tonight.

The weather turned much better today – much lower humidity and heat.
